Done right, on the surfaces it's actually built for. Driveways, patios, decks, and siding, with the right pressure for each surface, not one setting for everything.
Speaks pressure washes driveways, patios, decks, and siding for homes across Woodinville, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, and the Eastside, adjusting pressure and technique for each surface: concrete can take more than wood siding can. This is a different job from our roof work: we use full pressure equipment here because these are the surfaces it's actually safe for.
Concrete handles higher pressure well, and usually carries the most visible buildup: algae, tire marks, grime.
Same story as driveways, with more care around furniture footprints, planters, and adjacent landscaping.
Wood needs lower pressure and a different nozzle. We dial back and take more passes instead of stripping fibers.
The wrong angle forces water behind panels. We treat it as its own job, not an extension of the driveway.

The mistake a lot of pressure washing does badly is treating every surface the same way. Concrete, wood, and siding all respond differently to pressure, and getting it wrong doesn't just look uneven: on wood and siding it can actually cause damage that costs more to fix than the cleaning was worth.
We adjust pressure, distance, and nozzle for whatever we're working on, the same judgment call we make on every other service. And the one surface we'll never point this equipment at is a roof.
