Speaks cleans residential windows inside and out (sills, tracks, frames, and screens included, not just the glass) for homes across Woodinville, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, and the Eastside. Skylights are cleaned as their own line item, since they need different equipment and access than a standard window. Most homeowners book a spring and fall cleaning; homes near heavy tree cover or a main road often need it more.

What Thirty Years of Family-Owned Window Cleaning Looks Like

Interior and exterior

Every visit. Sills, tracks, and frames get the same attention as the glass.

Skylights included

Not an afterthought. A different technique than a vertical pane, treated that way.

Hard water etching and mineral buildup are different problems. We name yours before recommending anything.

John answers the phone and calls back the same day more often than not.

Every Pane, Both Sides, Actually Clean

Exterior glass takes the weather. Rain dries into mineral spots, pollen and road grime build up, and sprinklers leave their mark on ground-floor panes. We clean every pane top to bottom, rinse the screens, and wipe down sills and tracks so the whole window is actually clean, not just the part you can see from the street.

Inside, it's mostly dust and that faint haze you don't notice until the afternoon sun hits it. We clean interior glass on the same visit, because a window only looks clean when it's clear from both sides. And if hard water has etched the glass rather than left surface buildup, we'll explain what it needs upfront.

Skylights

The Glass That Needs It Most Gets Skipped Most

Skylights get their own line because they earn it. Sitting flat or at an angle, they collect leaves, grime, and debris in a way vertical windows don't, usually in a spot that isn't safe to reach with a household ladder. That makes them easy to skip, and often some of the glass that needs cleaning most.

We clean skylights inside and out using the right equipment for the height and roof pitch. Exterior grime cuts down the light coming into the room, while condensation and film can cloud the glass from the inside. Clearing both sides makes a bigger difference than most homeowners expect.

Frequently asked

Straight Answers

The questions we hear most about residential window cleaning, answered straight.

How often should windows be professionally cleaned?
Twice a year, spring and fall, is the standard recommendation for most homes, though a property near a main road or with heavy tree cover can need it more often. Call us and we can recommend a schedule once we know your property.
Do you clean skylights?
Yes, inside and out, on the same visit as the rest of the house. Skylights need different access than a standard window, and we bring the equipment the job calls for rather than skipping them.
Can you get rid of hard water spots and mineral buildup?
Often, yes, though it depends on how deep the etching goes. Surface mineral film usually comes off with a standard cleaning. Deeper etching from years of untreated hard water sometimes needs a separate treatment, and we'll tell you which one you have before we start, not after.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too, or just the outside?
Both, every visit. A window only looks clean when it's clear from both sides, so we don't treat interior glass as optional.
How do I get a quote?
Call us directly, the fastest way to reach John. Request a free estimate online if you'd rather start with a form, and let us know how many windows and whether the home has skylights so we can quote accurately.
